Filmon came to assist us and found that a previous technician incorrectly repaired our A/C. In no time, he had identified the issue, and remedied the mistake that was made. If it wasn't found, it could have caused more damage to my unit, costing thousands of dollars. Overall great customer service, professional, and very knowledgeable.
