Working with Penny for my wedding was amazing! She helped me pick out table decor and for a small fee delivered and picked up the items from the venue! Her communication is top tier and she has wonderful energy!
My husband and I planned an out of state wedding in about 3 months and Penny came into the picture with about a month and a half left before the big day.
