Johnny sent Filmon today because my bottom heater stopped working as soon as the snow started on Thanksgiving Day. Filmon checked the problem out. He thoroughly explained the problem. I texted Pennies at 10 pm for a heating issue. They arrived first thing the next morning. Filmon provided a great initial consultation. He provided a variety of options. We went with a brand new furnace, the installers arrived shortly and we had heat within 2 hours. Highly recommended!!
