No warning or notification when shutting off water, when called the customer service got rude response like we don’t pay the high price for the water not only that can’t even locate my house address and not even try to help! I had to suggested to look it up with my account number so at this point what I say.
I've not had any issues with this company. They were fast, friendly and convenient. The customer service rep that helped me was absolutely delightful. Thank you!
Our "Live Tree or Die Farm" (Christmas Trees) is located on top of a rocky hill in Amherst. We would not have water without Pennichuck! They took over an old waterline and have worked really hard to maintain it. And from our perspective, their prices are perfectly reasonable! Thank you Pennichuck for providing a great service to our community!
Terrible utility company with outrageous prices.
Absurdly high rates - their meter charge is assessed monthly and is HIGHER than the QUARTERLY meter charge in Manchester. Customer service doesn't care to hear my feedback on their too-frequent billing (quarterly makes sense since we barely rack up 2 CCF of usage in 1-2 months), saying if I am concerned about it to contact the state PUC...uh or you guys could listen to the feedback your customers provide!
