I have a lot of contact for my older daughter with he surgery. Can I say the young man in reception absolutely fantastic fast polite gets things done. Also a young trainee doctor so kind very thorough and actually listens to her patients. Had a few bad happenings but that’s with the old school drs.

I’ve had to deal with the surgery on behalf of an ill family member. They have been brilliant: very helpful and supportive. The receptionists are lovely. You do see a different doctor every time, but that is the same everywhere now and all of them have been excellent. For a very busy practice, how they handle phone calls first time is great. I’ve not had to wait each time - about 20 times in 6 months.

Out of hours are rude. The same woman talks down to you and questions you like you should know the answers, unhelpful telling you to go to hospital and shouts like they are doing you a favour. I think they forget we need a dr but fobbed off with a phone call then told go to the hospital, shouts telling you there's no medication heal yourself!! Pointless service with rude woman!!

My doctor is always friendly and approachable, treats any issue seriously and I've always felt listened to. Booking appointments is fairly easy though it is a shame you can't book online with the NHS app.
