Facility is very caring to their residents! They provide a safe and healthy environment that is full of love! The food is amazing and it is clean/ odor free! Highly recommend this facility for families in need!
The owners and staff are very rude an they literally only hiring ex or current drug users and they love to target people out if they don’t like you
The management is not good here, very high employee turnover rate. The pay is not good, and the employees are overworked, because they are consistently understaffed. They consistently get residents in there that should not be there because they dont have enough experienced staff to give them the proper care they need. Please throughly investigate this place before putting your loved one here. Not bashing, just being honest..😉
Very home like. Staff are nice and very caring. If you want a family member to be treated like family this is the best place to go. Their other homes are also really nice. The Cretsinger family and their staff does a great job all around. Great people. I would highly recommend!
