We used them for yrs and every time there is someone new which hey is ok until u hire someone who only knows how to replace a socket. The last time they came over we were told to run an extension cord versus fix it. They were supposed to let us know with a call back when we said no to that and never heard from them again...after yrs of using them..I felt ripped off big time. Bye Penny electric.

Took great care of us after Hurricane Beryl tore up my elderly mother’s weather head. They were very prompt to respond, and did their best to work quickly to get her back to restored power. Very nice people work there, especially Shawna! Super helpful.
