They come out and look at what you need done. Was told I’d get an estimate in a few days, radio silence. Reached out via email as that is how we were communicating, no response. So it’s apparent that they have decided it’s a job they don’t want to do or not good enough for them, so they just ignore you instead of just saying they can’t.
