My wife and I have worked with Penney Construction twice now—first for a full kitchen remodel in 2022, and most recently for a front entry door and transom replacement. Ryan Penney is an awesome guy! He answered my call right away and had no problem letting me run a smaller door project by him, even during his busy schedule. Fantastic experience working with Ryan and his team. Attentive, detailed, and very respectful and friendly to my wife and two young children. They built us a beautiful master bath and front door portico, both of which will last a lifetime. Will absolutely be working with them again.
We highly recommend Penney Construction. We renovated a great room fireplace , did 2 complete remodels of full size bathrooms, multiple custom closets and an overhaul of a master bedroom which included flooring. In addition Penney construction helped with multiple finish projects to take our home to the next level. Penney construction was affordable, timely, thorough and very professional. We will be using Penney Construction for any future projects.
I have used Penney Construction for many projects over the years, including a complete home renovation and several smaller projects. Every experience has been great! The entire crew communicates well, shows up when they say they will, and is always professional. Penney Construction did a great job on our kitchen renovation! Standouts were Wayne who did the cabinets and some customization for us was very skilled, as was Marcio who did the tile work. Communication was good, pricing was transparent and we came in right on budget without using all of the contingency. I don't have professional photos, but here are a couple I shot.
