Tesla certified auto body shop. Great service and free repair of my Tesla windshield crack. They filed a repair claim directly with ICBC.
I wished it was better. I went for an ICBC claim for a simple fix of a damaged driver side front quarter panel. The quarter panel seems to be painted fine, but it was totally misaligned with the door. I had to ask to have it adjusted. Which they did right away, but take that as a sign of poor attention to detail and way too busy. Then I noticed paint chipped off my bumper where the quarter panel and fender meet. Very Efficient and kind. The work was excellent. The only bad part about them is that the courtesy cars are through Enterprise, which is very inconvenient. Enterprise makes you pack into the car with other people to go drive and get your car. Not smart during a pandemic! What the hell are they thinking? Penney did great work though. Thank you Penney.
