Penner Performance deservse all five stars. Service great. Staff and employee's professional. Alway's busy. Ask for Wayne.
Didn't have any actual work done, only an inspection, but staff were all super friendly and helpful. Witnessed other customer interactions as well, and seemed they are very honest and genuinely looking out for their customers. Shout out to Wayne who was great. Would not hesitate to have work done there!

They wouldn't give back our down payment that we had to give for ordering a car part that we never received. We asked for our money back countless times which in response they said we'll send you a check that we never received.So in our experience with them they stole and lied to us. Would never do business with these guys again. If I could give a zero star I would.
Wish I could give a negative star rating: terrible customer service, promise me to get my car done in two weeks and 2 months passed Always an excuse, dishonest, straight up lie to your face and don't care about you, it doesn't matter who, if it's the shop, front desk, or boss: everyone. PLEASE AVOID THEM AT ALL COST
