My old motorhome lost it's power steering on our way through Manitoba. It had been having belt/pully issues before and other shops never did their due diligence. I told my issues to Penner and wouldn't you know it? They listened and actually did what was needed. I got it back running and sounding smoother than ever. Quite happy with the service.
Had an appointment for 8:15am, they didn't even start on it until 9:30am!!! Why tell me to show up for 8:15?? I could have worked a bit this morning before coming! Just costing me money minute by minute! Don't tell people 8:15, if it isn't gonna be 8:15!!!!
Penner Performance deservse all five stars. Service great. Staff and employee's professional. Alway's busy. Ask for Wayne.
Didn't have any actual work done, only an inspection, but staff were all super friendly and helpful. Witnessed other customer interactions as well, and seemed they are very honest and genuinely looking out for their customers. Shout out to Wayne who was great. Would not hesitate to have work done there!
