Receptionist was very rude and kept hanging up and finally answered and said “ I’m going to transfer you to my manager” and was on hold for 30 minutes
Ive nothing but good things to say about this group. Sylvia has been the best attorney I could have asked for and has represented me for much longer than i care to admit. Most recently Sylvia, Vanessa, and Brooklyn worked to get some poor decisions taken off my record. I can finally move on, very grateful to Penner Lowe Group

Called this law group several times and never got a call back . Tried again for the 4th time and got a message stating they cannot help me and I’m being referred to a different lawyer. Called back and spoke to the receptionist and she stated she did not have a reason to give me but they were not accepting me as a new client . Wow is all I thought at the time !! I do not recommend this law group and I will tell everyone I know !!
