After a frustrating experience at Vandendool Jewellers, I was on the hunt for a jeweller I could trust, and who could help with a piece of jewellery. A piece of jewellery needed to be repaired and Rhodium plated. When initially presented to Vandendools, I was met with “sorry, our techs don’t want to work on this piece because the stone doesn’t seem stable”.
