We used Penner Builds to finish our basement! They caught issues from a different builder, were friendly, considerate and did great work! They partnered with us through the entire project and let us well informed of the steps and timeline! GREAT COMPANY!

Some issues were uncovered from previous finish and they did their best to help us problem solve, redo what they didn’t know they would have to do and kept the timeline! They were great about answering our questions and giving us a fair price. Trustworthy work all around!

We had a sunroom added where an outdoor deck once was. He did a great job . Finished on time, on budget and quality work. I would recommend this company
