Worst company I have ever worked for. The company where I work now has a lift that they had for over 3 months and returned it with same issue as before. If you need your lift worked on find a different company DON'T USE this company
I will never use this company again. I have a bill that totals over $1300 for an LP regulator and labor and I’m the one who has to put the new regulator back on. The regulator itself was around $550 which is probably a fair price. Im doing the install because I don’t want to pay them anymore for labor. $111 dollars of that total was office fees. It took them almost 3 weeks and multiple inquiries from me to get an itemized receipt of what they charged me for. If you are wanting work done I’d look other places before here.
We have had awesome experience working with Pennell Forklift. The service we got was excellent.
