I had the worst experience at this location. Horribly rude and miserable people working there. I was asking simple questions & just asking for next steps on how to get a new license and the people there could not have been less helpful. The reviews are true-avoid this location. The people working there have zero etiquette and zero class. I left and went to the Penndot in Dublin and had a pleasant experience.
Every time I go here I get great service and they are fast. You get the energy you give so be nice and they will be nice to you.
It's the DMV what more needs to be said. Wait times are long but that's to be expected. My only complaint is the restroom is always disgusting
