If you looking for somewhere to live come to Vernon @District Heights. The staff is so nice and kind. I been here for 5 years. I never had any problems living here.
I moved in the beginning of 2019 and it’s not that bad. They sold the property to WEST CORP I just hope they don’t come around her and change how we pay utilities which we pay through a 3rd party and I like it that way reasonable prices. I know all of west Corp properties pay all utilities and I mean all. Water, gas, electric, trash etc smh 🤦♀️. I will be gone after my lease up. I don’t believe in paying utilities as if I’m in a private home. SMH
Need to fix their roads inside the complex ASAP
The management in the rental office has been very accommodating and working with me on my issues . While I'm not ready to give them 5 stars yet I will give them 3 stars. The apartments are very large on the inside.
We have mold in the apartment for two weeks nobody still to this day tried to fix it
