I visited this Suzuki dealership on a Sunday and was assisted by a Chinese salesperson. However, his conduct was extremely unprofessional and quite shocking. Instead of introducing Suzuki’s products properly, he repeatedly emphasized what he described as Suzuki’s shortcomings and strongly encouraged us to visit the MG dealership next door. MG is a brand I would never consider, and this kind of recommendation made me very uncomfortable. I will not return to this dealership. It is truly disappointing for the Suzuki brand.
Called up for an enquiry, was met with a rather rude individual
This was my first visit here, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. The General Manager, Leyton Davies, Service Advisor Trevor Milhan, and receptionist Bella were unprofessional and unhelpful throughout the entire process. I brought my car in for servicing, as it hadn’t been serviced in over a year. However, Advisor Trevor told me the car didn’t need servicing but still charged me $180.
