This was my first visit here, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. The General Manager, Leyton Davies, Service Advisor Trevor Milhan, and receptionist Bella were unprofessional and unhelpful throughout the entire process. I had a very disappointing experience at the Pennant Hills Suzuki showroom today. The staff member in charge was rude and dismissive from the moment i arrived. When asked for a test drive of the Jimny, he was reluctant and made it seem like l was wasting his time. He only agreed to give me a test drive because I had already called him yesterday -and he made a point of mentioning that. Even then, his attitude was unprofessional. Yesterday I took my Suzuki Swift in for a service and to fix an issue that the car had been recalled for. It was an outstanding experience from start to finish. I dealt with Bella who was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. My car was ready at the time I was told it would be and the work was exceptional. I cannot recommend this centre highly enough, thank you to everyone who worked to complete the jobs on my car.

I had a fantastic experience buying my car at Pennant Hills Suzuki, thanks largely to Kris. He was incredibly helpful during the sale. Even better, when a minor issue with the tail light was found after delivery, Kris organized the warranty fix immediately. There was absolutely no fuss or drama. It's great to see a dealer that provides top-notch support, even after the sale is complete. Highly recommend this team and Kris specifically!
