Be careful when purchasing a "Certified Pre-Owned Car" from this Dealership. I recently purchased a 2024 Nissan Navara with only 8,000kms on the clock. I was informed a "Certified Pre-Owned Car" would come serviced prior to pick up. Clearly not the case unless a handbrake adjustment is not included in a service. Mr T, need to wake up. Don't take it personally if and when a service request is placed. It is a Nissan brand behind my purchase and services with a rich 100 years of presence and history. Existing issues persist from day 1. I suggest taking time to review the previously noted concerns and getting it fixed this time around. For customers, the outcome matters. I recently purchased a Nissan X-trail from Donny and the team at Nissan pennant hills , and I have to say the service and support I received was second to none they couldn’t be more helpful, if you are in the market for a new car in particular a Nissan I would highly recommend using the guys for a smooth and seamless experience.
A huge thank you to the team at Nissan Pennant Hills - Service Centre. Especially Trevor and his diagnostic technician. Travelling from QLD they were able to diagnose, repair and get us back on the road within a few hours. We even managed to nab a courtesy car while we waited. So appreciative of these guys.
