Do not use nissan pennant hills at all, they're a rip off and the staff scam you in any way they can. Unprofessional and definitely not worth it. I took my car in for a major service. My car had no issues prior to the service, paid $1300 for a major service then come home and a day later my car starts to leak oil. When I spoke about the issue with it they told me to replace the part for another $900 and its not their fault. My car had never leaked oil or anything before and im sure they damaged something during the service, ... read more

I recently visited the Pennant Hills Nissan dealership to buy a car, and I must say, it was one of the worst experiences I've had in Sydney. The staff seemed disinterested and arrogant. In particular, Dat Nguyen, who claimed to be the sales general manager, wasted 45 minutes of my time just to inform me that there was no stock available. This shows a lack of competence. A word of advice: don’t be arrogant—know your inventory before wasting someone else's time like that.

Wrong diagnosis and poor quality check. Left the car for 1 week. Charged and replaced the non faulty part. Car died after 30 mins from picking up.
