Had nothing but issues with my MG! Asked them to fix a safety issue with the passenger seat and was told I had to wait 2 1/2 months. Service is terrible!!
If I can I would like to give no star. My worst car buying experience in 20 odd years. All the information given to me was inaccurate and wrong, and no transparency in explaining the term and conditions. When we knew that they kept changing our preferred colour 3 times, we were furious and wanted to pull out. No communication between staff, no updates and we have to basically double our work and waste hours in providing them documentation due to staff absence. No follow up. Warranty repairs at this place takes forever. 2 months and no answer on a broken window switch. Poor after sales service.
I recently acquired a new MG, and I am pleased to report that the service I received was exceptional. The staff members were highly accommodating and provided excellent assistance throughout the process, leading to my complete satisfaction.
No great tbh. Found everyone very friendly but that is where the positives end. Pre-sales the communication was poor. Specifically requested premium plates but the request was ignored. Then on collection of the car, was just handed the keys and sent away. No run-through of any features of the car. "Please go online and give us a review" - so I am.
