I have bought brand new LDV D90 only 6 months back ( low quality car). 1st its speakers (except one) stopped working. had to visit for fix. now its Main Screen is turned Off means no screen at all, no camera, no maps via iphone, nothing. and they gave me a month time to have a look at it. are you serious? don,t you think so it should be fixed quickly? ridiculous service. on top of that, your sales person advised me yesterday to bring the car in, i took half day off from office only to waste my time and was told by service te... read more

visited LDV pennant hills to enquire LDV 9 deliver ......what a worst service level..........spoke to Brande ....and had experienced below 1. he had absolute no knowledge about the van......average, warranty, LWB/MWB 2. completely confused between LWB/MWB/Roof hight........van he showed us. 3. searching for warranty covered in pricing he was quoting. 4. when came on price negotiations........absolutely arrogant behavior .....mentioned "we are wasting time".......wow i was amazed by the arrogance dealing with potential custom... read more

Spent 3 hrs at service after my T60 broke down and they still couldn’t find the fault . No courtesy car and was told to find my own way home . Very disappointed with the whole warranty with LDV and will not recommend anyone to buy this brand.
