Dear Kia Australia Team, I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration with the appalling customer service and lack of accountability at Pennant Hills Kia. I purchased a brand new Kia Carnival less than a year ago, which included genuine Kia weather shields as factory options. *After 8 month time, still no update from dealer. What a joke on 7 year satisfactory warranty* In November 2025, I reported that the radio in my Kia Picanto was broken and it was disgnosed in early December at the dealership. My car is still fully covered under your 7-year warranty, so this should have been a straightforward fix. It is now March 2026.
