I love my new, i30 hybrid, the team at hyundai did a fantastic job. I went there twice to test drive the hybrid. I loved the car so much I had to buy one. Hyundai team made that happen. Exceptional team from sales to finance. I can not fault there customer service. They went through the car and explained how each car button worked and touch screen function worked. I can't fault them. They went far beyond customer expectations.

Hyundai Pennant Hills Car Service is the worse experience I had so far... the last 2 times I brought my car there, but this last one was the worse when they broke my fuel gauge, the petrol was leaking, and the car was smelling so bad like a gas station that was so hard to breath in with the windows closed. I realised when I took the car to refill petrol and the fuel gauge did not move at all.... lucky I saw that and call them the next day to fix it without any cost because it was their fault (incompetent mechanic). Worst experience at a dealership in my life
This dealership is a scam. The lies about the $1000 deposit being refundable is not acceptable. They confirm everything verbally and lie by saying things like "we never do this for anyone, we will hold it for you. It's refundable". All lies. Worst experience. I'll be reporting to fair trading.
