I work for a finance organisation and regularly have to contact Dealerships which is not always the best interaction due to the competition factor, and I just have to say the staff at Pennant Hill's Hyundai are the most professional polite and on the ball dealership I have every had the pleasure of dealing with especially Kali. I would recommend this team purely on the interaction I have had with them today
Too be honest, had nothing but problems. First time I took my car there for it's first warranty service, the next day i get in the car it says "low brake fluid" then look under the car brake fluids poured out everywhere. It obviously hasn't been tightened or connected back properly, and when calling them 12 hrs after the service they said it wasn't them and must of just been a "fluke" Then my brakes would start failing in the rain, on an i30. like the pedal wouldn't go down, took it back to them twice they admitted we can't ... read more
Had the best experience here buying my first new car! Kali was amazing, she was very knowledgeable and friendly, I didnt feel pressured at all. 06:00 I started the day with a completely dead battery. 06:10 Emailed Hyundai Pennant Hills Spares to confirm availability of a suitable battery. 07:35 Received reply confirming stock. . 10:00 Get the Staria jump started. 10:20 With the van idling, I called Hyundai Pennant Hills Service asking if they could squeeze me in to fit a new battery. They confirmed but advised I may have to wait for a free slot. . Hyundai Pennant Hills had me turned around inside an hour! Fantastic service from Spares and Service.
