The service department are amazing, they look after my car and I found them always honest and upfront.
I just left after walking around the dealership to buy a Kona (both outside & showroom) and out of approx 4-6 employees not once was I asked if I needed assistance. Beyond unprofessional and will take my business to Chatswood. Hopefully the DP sees this to address such woeful service.
Wow … we purchased a vehicle for our son and at the time of taking our money they couldn’t be more helpful but the moment we drove it out absolutely no follow up service. I have called 4days multiple times in each day over 4 weeks (days off) and leaving messages, I finally got through and was passed on to finance … can’t leave a message as messages are full!!! May 26, just ordered my Kona hybrid N Line. Had the pleasure of dealing with Kali. The customer service, the knowledge of the product and the friendly non coercive nature of Kali is outstanding. I would highly recommend Kali and the dealership. Thank you.
