Excellent experience on my first visit. Highest quality of care!!
This was my second visit with the knowledgable Dr Khaled Moumned and I was more comfortable during this appointment. I would have liked to have a written summary of his diagnosis or his plan proceeding forward. He shared both with me verbally, but it would reinforce what I think I heard.
The front desk people are no help whatsoever. If you know someone’s insurance is out of network, why not give them that information instead of scheduling an appointment and then insisting for self pay?
Very professional from start to finish. For the first time in years I felt like I got a good examination.
