Just wanted to send a special thanks to Dr. Penna and Staff. I really appreciate the level of customer service, from the front desk to the back. I have never seen so many people in a dentist or doctors office remember reach kids name, by face. We have truly felt comfort in our process from severe underbite to kodak smile. Dr. Penna and Staff are awesome.

Dr. Penna and his entire staff are pretty extraordinary.....knowledgable, professional, accommodating, and friendly. We live in Middletown, DE and we travel to Wilmington with pleasure for my sons orthodontic treatment. We’re 2 years in for treatment and I can’t think of anything but positive interactions with each visit. I highly recommend Penna Orthodontics.

Run away from this dentist. My wife’s ortho treatment with Dr. Penna started in July, 2017 and was paid-in-full on day one for 'comprehensive full orthodontic treatment'. Her ortho treatment with Dr. Penna was terminated after 11 months in June, 2018 when she received a letter from Dr. Penna's attorney. The comprehensive full orthodontic treatment was not completed by Dr. Penna. She was left with brackets and wire not removed, not even permitted to contact Dr. Penna's office to find reason for why treatment was terminated. If this happened to her it can happen to any other patient.

In addition to the Front Desk Assistants...
Dr. Penna's Dental Assistants are very professional, and very knowledgeable about the procedures that I have to go through. It's nice to be able to ask questions and get answers about what the appointment will include prior to seeing Dr. Penna.
Dr. Penna is excellent! He's explained the procedures, provided estimates for how long my teeth might take to straighten, and he's been very comforting when I have sensitivity issues that I and he didn't expect.
I am VERY happy to have been referred to Dr. Penna. And, very pleased with the orthodontic results... VERY please.
