I have been here since 2020. I moved in during a very sad time in my life. While there were some issues when I first moved in, I have to say that things have gotten much better. I have met some of the other residents, and they make it a joy to live in this community. Whenever I have a problem, I reach out to the office and it is addressed in a timely manner.
They keep the grounds very clean, when you place work order someone is out the next day. Management and all staff are helpful and friendly . And the neighbors are very nice .
This group of employees for Penn Weldy is one of the best group I’ve ever meet I highly recommend
I’m a long-term resident of Penn Weldy, and I’d like to say that Dave Pugh is, by far, the best property manager for this complex. He is professional, knowledgeable, and nice. He promptly returns calls and takes the time to answer questions. Dave works to improve the property grounds and apartment units, by implementing changes and initiating upgrades and following through with them.
