I’m a long-term resident of Penn Weldy, and I’d like to say that Dave Pugh is, by far, the best property manager for this complex. He is professional, knowledgeable, and nice. He promptly returns calls and takes the time to answer questions. Dave works to improve the property grounds and apartment units, by implementing changes and initiating upgrades and following through with them. I live in the Penn Wendy community. No apartment community is perfect. That being said, I must commend the community manager David Pugh. Whenever I call with an issue or concern he is always attentive. He manages to handle the most crucial concerns in a timely matter often with limited support. I have seen him sweeping around the dumpster because maintenance staff were not available. He cares about our living environment and it shows in his willingness to do what is needed and his cooperative attitude.
The property manager is AMAZING!! He is hard working and super understanding! 10/10 would recommend to all of my friends!
Would not recommend staying here. Very loud, old building foundation. You hear everything through the walls and floors. They do not repair anything. Worst leasing experience.
Do not even bother trying to apply here they just waste you time and never approve anyone for the one apartment available. Tbh not worth the time or money.
