Penn Waste and Spring Garden Twp are not collecting Christmas trees until January 13th?! By trying to save money they are encouraging people to leave their trees up longer....fire hazard, anyone?!
My first new recycling bin got stolen. After a few emails they finally said they would send me another one on a Saturday. I waited from 8 a.m. until 5:30 p.m. for it to come so it would not get stolen again. It never showed up. I never got a phone call that it wouldn't show up. Penn State wasted my entire Saturday that I could have spent with my family. Epic f****** failure.
