Too many snow days are taken by this company. They don't pick up the garbage in a timely manner. I made it to east york last Friday. No reason why garbage couldn't go. We live in a town home where the rule is if the garbage is not picked up we have to bring it back in. Being older people our deck still had snow on it and it's treacherous to walk in the snow. Not having a garage we had to store it in the kitchen uncalled for and unsanitary. Wish we could go with another company
Penn Waste is a great place to work. They make safety top priority for employees. Supervisory staff work hard at keeping things running smoothly. Chad Forry is an exceptional addition to the team. He goes the extra mile for his drivers and loaders.

Get people who don't only throw your trash can across the street back to your house while putting everyone else on your street back the way they got them. I watched that this afternoon. But they have the balls to put a note on my trash can if its backwards. That was fun.
RecommendedJason and Robbie are the most polite and efficient recycle guys we've had in a while. They take the time to let my grandson ( a huge fan of trash trucks) help them. It makes his week! I can't thank them enough for their kindness.

recycling guys do a great job. the trash guys deliberately leave the can, and now this week a tire i set out, in the dead middle of my driveway.(they rolled the tire from the grass into the center of my driveway, with a note saying can't take because of rim) I cant pull into my driveway that is on a very dangerous intersection without getting out and moving it to the grass, every time.
Cause damage to my personal property with their dumpster and then when I called about it was informed that the driver said it didn’t happen so it didn’t happen! I would never and will not use or refer penn waste to anyone! It would be totally different if they accepted responsibility and took care of the repairs.
THIS is what I resorted to this week to try and get my trash picked up. This “company “ has every excuse in the world as to why they can’t pick up your trash. I don’t know about the rest of Central PA, but I know I don’t have time to babysit my trash to ensure ideal conditions for these people to simply do a job they’re being paid to do ... it’s the first week in February and I’ve had my trash picked up exactly TWICE in 2019.
