My experience with Penn Valley Engineering LLC was very pleasant, during my initial conversation with Brad, he explained in details how it would work. During the inspection with Greg, he again explained what to expect and what the issues are. And they provided the letter in time as expected, they delivered as they promised. From the beginning to the end, it was a very pleasant experience.
Terrible service DO NOT USE. Go anywhere else do not use this place you will regret it.

Seem to be scammers. We paid them and when he does deem us worthy of a reply, he is jerk when asked for the documents we paid for over a month ago. Now he won't even respond. Brad Baker. Do not trust.
