If you want to get out of penn terminal fast cross your fingers and hope Maria m picks up the phone. She’s always fast nice and funny. When I get her on the phone I always know my experience at Penn terminal will go smooth. If I could give 6 stars on google she would get it !

Bad experience for me. Checked in at 07:00 left at 11:00. They pick and choose which truck they want to offload and load first. They don’t go by the numbers. Have to send another email to wait to be checked out the gate. Took a hour for that
Avoid long line to enter if you picking up for sole or in a reefer go here until the end of MAY to check in after may I don’t know i guess go to port make the line and see what they would direct you i made the line twice because of this so just giving you the heads up i don’t like it don’t recommend loading don’t know i am posting this and i am currently in line and just for this waste of time to me is bad don’t care how fast they load
