Very busy place
Very proficient, convenient and very professional.
If you have a load that picks up from here be prepared to wait 5+ hours to get loaded in 45 minutes and wait 30 for paperwork, I arrive at 7am checked in by 7:15 didn’t leave till noon for a transfer load smfh
Staff is rude especially erkle right here. Worst place to come to . No one knows how to speak with hospitality, I guess this company doesn’t pay them enough maybe they should switch careers trying trucking my guy . Or clock out and meet outside the fence so we correct ur attitude 🤷♂️
Great experience here with Maria (CSR) very knowledgeable and quickly helped me thru the checking in process. I would definitely say she is the best one in customer service. Thank you.
