I called the Bristol office to inquire about representation and spoke with Lori. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. Throughout the conversation, she repeatedly interrupted me, making it difficult to explain my situation. When I attempted to provide pertinent information, she audibly sighed into the phone, which made me feel as though my call was an inconvenience. I found the interaction to be unprofessional and not reflective of good customer service.
Great lawyers
Had a scheduled meeting and discussed my issues and was told they would research it and get back with me on what to do. I waited 1 week with no calls then after 10 days I called and got a voicemail and left a message and ask for a returned call, that’s been another week n a half still no response. Very poor business.
