I’ve been meaning to come to Penn Steaks for a while. Two things, I wish I came sooner and wish I got the XXL. What an incredible spot right off College Ave. Quality ingredients, meat seasoned just right, cherry peppers gave the right about of vinegary heat and that seeded roll… perfection. I can’t wait to come back - thank you Lance! WE ARE PENN STEAKS!!!
After a softball tournament got rained out for the day, I had the chance to walk around State College and grab lunch. Seeing the cult following and glowing reviews for Penn Steaks, I was excited to try it. I’ve eaten a lot of cheesesteaks in my life, which admittedly makes me quite particular. One of the best cheesesteaks with fresh ingredients and large portions. Fries in beef tallow is a real game changer and delicious crab fry dip. Will be back!
