5 Stars – Penn Steaks Is the Real Deal! Absolutely incredible experience at Penn Steaks! The bread alone was amazing—fresh, soft, and exactly what you want on a great cheesesteak. The French fries were off the hook, and both the classic cheesesteak and buffalo chicken cheesesteak were outstanding. What really took the experience to another level was the owner, DJ. Best cheesesteaks anywhere in central pa. Super friendly staff. Will make this place a normal stop when I am in state college.

Stopped for a cheesesteak with my aunt. Visiting from more central pa. Cheese steak was delicious. The Cooper pepper cheese was my favorite surprise. Meat to cheese ratio was spot on and the bun was soft yet toasty, how I like it. Lance was great and kudos to the cook I forgot his name. (sorry!) Oh and they have Coke! <3

I’ve eaten a lot of cheesesteaks up and down the east coast, to include Philadelphia. This was by far one of, if not the best, cheesesteak I have ever eaten. Everything was fresh and the roll was overflowing with quality steak and melted cheese throughout. Service was excellent!
