This location is only about a mile from where I live in Springdale, and I sometimes stop by in the evening after work to get a Philly for lunch the next day. The staff (usually the same 2 or 3 guys. I wished I'd gotten their names) are very friendly, fast and makes the sandwiches PERFECTLY every time. I highly recommend this location if you live in Springdale.
Let see where to start first I came in and said I was in the military and do we get a discount now mind you every penny station I have been to all around Cincinnati gives a military discount so I assume they did too now I did look it up and I guess not every one does which is a total shame I did tell the work they where wrong but it is what it is but the lady decides to keep talking shit while I was eating my food then a door dash comes in and they said sorry someone stole your customers order which was funny because don’t y... read more
Here’s a quick fun little story about this location. I came here 30 years ago and 96 for my very first Penn Station !! I had Benn many times after that, Then about 10 years ago for my 20 years and again today!!. I apologize as did not get the name of the lady that made the sandwich, but the staff that is there right now May 12 at about 1:45 PM have made this experience the most Memorable Experience and the most amazing cheesesteak sandwich I’ve ever had in my life!!! Food was beyond subpar the fries were barely cooked and tasted like old fry oil. The sandwich didn't even taste like a "penn station sandwich"
