Slow, expensive, and they prioritize mobile orders over people in the store that have been waiting. Addition: Per Penn Station's request I sent them a message regarding the encounter I had. I will add it here because it is much more descriptive. I went in to this location and spent almost $50 on two sandwiches, two drinks, a large fry, and some cookies. The food is excellent! The fries are in my opinion the best in town. The prices are steep. But other then that it's a clean place, great food, and the service is great.
Cashier wasn't friendly and didn't seem like she wanted to be there. Specifically ordered my sandwich with no onions and I think they added extra onions. Food isn't cheap so I expect to get what I pay for. Nothing like the Evansville East side location where they act like you actually exist.
