Club and Italian are my favorites! (Older gentlemen that works there can come across a little creepy ) but others are great especially Kartrea, she greeted me and was pleasant not just to me but others who was waiting
We had never been to Penn station and we got a coupon for a 6-in free sub. So we went I was attempting to read the menu people came in behind us I asked if I could put my order on hold and let the people go in front of us so we had a chance to read the menu. The guy running the register and taking orders said no you can find your coupon and pay it the other end. So we ordered something quickly. The food was great, no problems there minus the raw cookies. However the general manager and staff of 2 females talking in depth about another employees illness and lack of insurance was BEYOND a violation of HIPPA and rather toxic.....then the district manager walks in. Order take out! OH and how dare I forget the 5 boxes of potatoes sitting on the floor without a stand or cart under them.....RIGHT NEXT TO THE BATHROOMS!! That's all.....
The service is always great. The staff esp the manager (I think) and the guy who always takes your older are awesome. I come here quite often. My only complaint is the tables and the floors are always quite sticky/dirty.
