Definitely one of the better Penn Stations. But the 2 young gentlemen working the evening shift were very helpful and did a great job. Will pick this spot again when I have a taste for a sub
We ate here yesterday for lunch. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful
Chicken cordon bleu was my choice of sandwich this evening, not only was the sandwich tasty, The presentation was also great. Jace and Thomas were amazing, sweet, kind and professional! I was welcomed in order taken right away and then got my food. After about 4 minutes of eating my food they checked on me to see if I liked it?! Great place, great people! Thanks to Thomas and Jace I will be back.
Roger was very personable and efficient, cowabunga!!!
Terrible customer service. I was left waiting 10 minutes to order my food which is fine they're busy I get it when I decide I'm going to leave I'm about halfway out the door when they rang up to people right behind me who just walked in the door
