Last night, around 9:45 pm, my husband and I went to Penn Station to grab food. Upon arriving, the two workers were mopping and cleaning because they closed at 10. I sat in the car while my husband went inside. I could see that he wasn't greeted right away, but he patiently waited. Finally, the first guy took his order and began his sandwich. The turkey deli meat on the sub did not taste fresh. Texture of the sandwich was so-so.

Good help is hard to find these days. Its a shame. The owner is a really nice guy with great standards. Quality is suffering because of it. Edit: The app issue has been fixed.
