I live in Murfreesboro so i love the Pennstation here so when I went through Shelbyville I had to stop for dinner. When we walked in the customer service seemed to be nice, but when we got the food, the fries tasted old like they had been cooked in old grease and several of the fries were partly black like the potatoes were rotten and they were sliced anyway and fried, so I had to throw those away. Order here frequently, usually to go. Chose to dine in. The employees (during the evening shift) are often talking/arguing amongst themselves rather than providing customer service. If they were more attentive and professional, it would be 5 stars.
A bit of a wait. Great sandwich made just the way I asked for it. Fresh meat and veggies. Friendly staff. A bit higher priced than some other sub shops.
