I visited this location last night and as soon as we walked in, the guy standing at the order counter immediately gave me a weird look with an attitude like he didn’t want to take any more orders for the night. We walked in about nine and they had a whole hour before they closed so I don’t know what that was about. Lady Bringing out food to our table, Yells Sit Down VERY RUDE to my 26yr old son when he stands All he was going to do was help get the food. None of us realized they bring it out to you. He was just going to help. She's awful! If we see her in there again we'll just leave. Plenty of other places to eat.
The absolute worst Penn Station I have ever ordered from. Order a Philly Cheese steak and they grabbed stale bread and used old steak. No cheese or any veggies, I would not recommend ordering from this location. Ordered 3/25/2026...
Cannot reach store to even try and correct their mistake.
