The food is always good and served hot off the grill. Love their fresh cooked fries as well.
Slow. Worst penn station around. Waited 10 minutes to order and was told there was 25 minute wait. They could have said something when I entered. The manager in charge, should not be. Not only will I not come back to this location, I will spread the word about this place. Just sad some employees can ruin a business.

Just a great place to grab some grub. Everyone was nice and it was fast.
Service is always great at this location. I rarely eat Penn Station because everytime I do, I'm disappointed. Only ate here today because We was kind of in a rush (quick lunch break). I swear Penn Station puts the least amount of Meat on Their Cheesesteaks out of everyone. And always so dry. Service was great, Food was average I guess and atmosphere is ok. It was $11.09 for a regular cheese steak and a water. And like I said, the Regular Cheese Steak is VERY VERY light on the meat
