Restaurant was not clean! Trash on floor in kitchen area. Tables were not clean. Bread just sitting out and not covered. My friend ordered Philly cheese steak Sandwich. It was very very greasy. Fries were cold and not alot in cup. Fountain drinks were not clean and very diluted. Workers were dressed in pajama pants. The workers were very friendly and nice.

What has happened to Penn Station!? I have fond memories of them from years ago, but recent visits have been disappointing. Today, due to convenience, I ordered a cold club sandwich, which I could have put together in well under 5 minutes, took over 20 minutes. There was so much mayonnaise on it, it was nearly inedible. I think I’m done with Penn Station.
The first few visits were FABALOUS!! The cute red hair team member provided outstanding service and the 9 inch sub was OUTSTANDING and FRESH. However, recently I have encountered a bad experience. I went in to pick up a DoorDash order for a customer. I was told there will be few minutes wait. So I waited for about ten minutes inside. Then, I have decided to wait outside.
