Everyone was friendly and they seemed to be having a great time working, too. The food was great and the lemonade was as amazing as always. Thank you for the good vibes and the fabulous food.

The worst penn station of all penn stations..grill needs clean between orders..chicken cordon should not taste the same as teriyaki chicken..which was order by the lady in front of me..grease for the fries was no where near temp and not cook nearly long enough..I dont eat much fast food ever but I do like penn station..only saying this so maybe it can by worked on.
First time visiting here and it will be my last time too. Should have known when I walked in another customer was complaining about their food. Stubborn me went on to order anyways. I paid $53 for my order that took them 25 min to make with only 1 customer in front of me. While the guy was making my food the customer in front of me went to him and complained about her fries being hard and cold. Restaurant was not clean! Trash on floor in kitchen area. Tables were not clean. Bread just sitting out and not covered. My friend ordered Philly cheese steak Sandwich. It was very very greasy. Fries were cold and not alot in cup. Fountain drinks were not clean and very diluted. Workers were dressed in pajama pants. The workers were very friendly and nice.
