Employees are rude and slow. One girl just stared and did not ask if she could even take our order. Had to be told to help us didn't even take initiative to do so herself. We stopped eating at this Penn station years ago and decided to give it a new chance and once again left disappointed. Fries were undercooked as well.
Nothing better then watching the 5 people behind you get their food before you.
