First time eating Penn Station after hearing so much about it. Food was prepped by Kay. Top tier service. Highly recommend.
Frank heard my complaint about the small fries and said took care of my complaint. 😁
Ordered a sandwich with light spice, and had EXTRA spice, to the point where we couldn't eat it. The bread was over baked and burn, too hard to eat. They handed us a lemonade with no ice. Ordering took longer than it should have, and everything felt uncomfortable. This definitely was the worst location I've been to.
