All sandwiches are prepared fresh in full view of the customer using delicious hearth-baked bread, USDA Choice Steak and the finest meats, cheeses and vegetables. The potatoes are hand selected, fresh-cut and flash-fried in cholesterol-free peanut oil. The lemonade is made from scratch every day using hand-squeezed lemons.

I was not expecting much based on the reviews and an experience I had back in Feb with a female general manager I have seen but I was pleasantly shocked at how great this place is . Instantly welcomed and acknowledged upon walking in. The store was super clean and even the cooking area was clean ! All employees were using gloves. I specifically asked for no salami and no tomato . They made it perfectly. Bread was fresh, fries were great portions, hot and well seasoned the cookies are great as always . I haven't eaten there since 2008. I wanted one of their good sandwiches and I remember those fries. The quality of the sandwich has gone down but awesome customer service
Super nice people working there! 4 stars on food bc the sub was awesome but the fries were not great. Atmosphere looked a bit dingy.
First time trying Penn Station and it did not disappoint! I will definitely be back! I’ll try not to gatekeep their cookies! yummmm
First time in this location me and my son were the first in the building once they opened my Ruben had ham mixed in barley any sauce , cheese was missing called in regards to my sub made incorrectly was told to return for a remake got to this location at 830 pm online says closing time is 10pm so I was not able to get my remake very disappointed..
