I love my favorite sub but even my coworkers notice my fry size was half what everyone else got and my sandwich/ bread was definitely short than everyone else Not usually a complaint w penn but
This location is severely understaffed. They do a good job for what situation their management has put them in.
The person that took my order doesn't listen very well and was continuous and the manager is wasn't friendly either! I understand that it's high stress but you have to maintain professionalism and got my name wrong after I said it three times and got my sandwich wrong 🤦♂️
Ordered online and it says my food was ready to pick up. I go in to get it and it isn't ready. In fact, I waited a half an hour to get my one sandwich. People came in after I did, placed their order, and still got their food before I did. This is my first and last time going to that location.
