The staff is wonderful!!!
My daughters was working last night and the job sent them to penn station not knowing what closed. They pulled and tried to go in and the door was locked. The closing worker was out side and proceeded to verbally assault them saying “it’s closed dummies!” unprovoked . And screaming at them telling them to go home when a simple “I’m sorry but we’re closed” would’ve sufficed. I love my favorite sub but even my coworkers notice my fry size was half what everyone else got and my sandwich/ bread was definitely short than everyone else Not usually a complaint w penn but
This location is severely understaffed. They do a good job for what situation their management has put them in.
