The General manager at the Clifton location embarrassed one of her employees so bad in front of customers she talked about his parents and everything. She was out of uniform she had on leggings she was so unprofessional I called to talk to the owner and he defended her. it’s sad
Went in last night to pick up my mobile order, when I arrived they said the order didn’t come through on their end, I showed them my receipt, asking them to make the order or refund me they refused saying only the owner handles these issues, I then asked for a manger or someone who’d be able to help, they all ignored me.
The manger refused to remake my order, stating because I had a nasty attitude, I didn’t realize my attitude depended on my food being remade. She’s on some kind of power trip.
