I was really disappointed with my visit to Penn Station. The food was overpriced for the quality and lacked freshness. My sandwich was sloppy, barely warm, and poorly put together, and the fries were greasy and not crisp at all. Service didn’t help either. The staff seemed rushed and uninterested, and the place didn’t feel very clean, especially the tables and prep area. For the price, I expected much better.
