What I believe was the gentleman in a red shirt that took my order was not listening. I ordered a small chicken court on blue with extra meat. No, honey, mustard and a drink. He rang up drinking fries. I saw it on a screen and said no fry. He took it off, then I asked for a the grill to be clean, because it was nasty, and you can tell why? Because they don't spray any of the butter oil, whatever on the grill because I ask for a clean grill. I got pushed off and the customer behind me. Easily the best penn station I've ever been to.
I go to a lot of pennstations and this is definitely one of the better locations in the cincinnati area. My order was made in an accurate and timely manner with efficiency. Very clean store, staff was friendly and welcoming. Will be back soon!!
Food was delicious, staff was out of their way friendly, and restaurant including bathrooms were clean. Refreshing to see nowadays.
