The air was out in the place, but we were picking up. The employees still smiled and gave friendly service.
Little pricey for a sandwich but it was okay
A co-worker ordered a sandwich last week, and due to an oven issue, the bread was still cold and soggy. When my co-worker brought the issue to light, she was promised a free sandwich on her next visit. Fast forward to today, my co-worker called the store to confirm she could come get the sandwich and was told she had "waited too long." (Too long = 7 days, apparently.) Called and it to have my bread ran through the oven twice. When I got there, my bread was soggy and fries cold. I called to and informed them of the mistake. THEY ASK ME WHEN I CAN I COME BACK. I said next Friday. I forgot. I went to reedem the sandwich today..ohh did I forget to say it was a Snack sandwich THAT COST less than 4. They had the nerve to get smart and I did as well.
