I ordered online it said my sandwich would be done at 12:05. I got there and my sandwich was done, but it just sat there and nobody was helping me. Finally, I asked is the sandwich for Steven ready and he said Yep we’re just waiting on fries. Meanwhile, there were fries over there. Probably three minutes later another person who didn’t hear him tell me that my sandwich was ready asked me if I had been helped. The whole process from ordering to receiving our food was exceptional. The food was very hot and tasty! However, it was an extremely cold night and the restaurant was uncomfortably cold. Having some heat would have made this a 5 star review.
