Been a long time since I got the perfect Philly from a Penn Station.. until now. The service was also on point and courteous.
A wonderful place to go
Horrible. The fries are old and pre-fried. The grilled chicken teriyaki sandwich with mushrooms and onions did not have any sauce and it was not grilled. The employees were more focused on closing the store at 7:30pm then providing the right service. Zero customer service. Avoid.
Food was really good but upon arriving and ordering our food before 9p.m. we were waiting for our order we went sat at a booth and then the staff told us we would have to take it to go even though they had at least another hour to be open. Ultimately they let us stay inside and eat but makes me wonder how often this happens.
