Dirty, alwaya out of stuff, and service is horrible.

The floor is DANGEROUS, covered in a sheen of grease. Wallpaper seams are peeling. Customer service was basic. Wrong sandwich delivered, the fixed one was still wrong, but we just ate it. Fries were...gross. Looked overcooked, were soggy and cold. No cookies!? This used to be THE place for subs. It's sad how much it has deteriorated.
Three kids working. They tried hard and were very polite despite the recent Facebook reviews. Food was done quickly and was delicious. I’m glad we didn’t get 2 large fries. The 2 medium’s filled up a bag! Kudos.
Our family went frequently when the restaurant first opened. It was fine, but somewhat pricey. We stopped going for many years and our son wanted to revisit July 20, 2026. Our return was very disappointing. We entered shortly after 12:00 for lunch. Three customers were at one table, the floor was so slippery/greasy a snake couldn't slither across it.
