Ordered sweet tea handed me a lemonade told them i had sweet tea dumped it back into lemonade then used same jug to fill it with unsweetened tea

Absolutely no one needs a SOPPING WET, OIL DRENCHED sub… By the time I cleaned up the mess from the bag ripping open & my food spelling all over the ground, I couldn’t even enjoy my sub because it was mush! 1/2 of my Italian was completely soaked, and the bread was already mushy! I’m not sure where the training issue went wrong, but no one needs that much oil on an Italian sub! Not to mention, it was put in a paper bag! Absolutely should’ve been a plastic bag.
